About me
I am approaching the end of my required course work and working on my comps and concept paper for my dissertation. I am a public educator and am interested followership in public education. I am struggling with developing a narrow research focus. I think followership would be helpful for school leaders in optimizing the professional relationship among faculty which in turn could improve teacher recruitment, retention, and engagement. I am curious about what research has or is being done with regards to followership in K-12 education organizations.
