Monica M. Turner is the Director of Human Resources and Culture at the All Stars Project, Inc., bringing seven years of progressive experience in HR leadership to her role. Monica is recognized for her expertise in fostering inclusive workplaces, developing effective policies and procedures, and driving organizational development through innovative solutions and the application of transformational workplace best practices.
Holding an MBA and certifications including PHR, SHRM-CP, and CPSP, Monica is committed to advancing cultures of belonging and operational excellence. She is passionate about empowering teams and leaders to reach their full potential.  Monica is a dissertation student at Indiana Wesleyan University.
