Global Followership Conference

I have worked at Japanese Universities for some decades. One day in 2005, I decided to switch my focus to the global world completely. Though my effort, English as a second language speaker, is very limited, I have enjoyed diverse conferences as much. My curiosity is always about human development. I believe in the human capacity to transform themselves with emotional and psychological facilitators. Recently, I have been interested in the transformational capacity of seniors, like those who retired from business. Because most have felt identity loss, I am running a non-formal workshop for them to increase self-awareness at Konan University.
