About me
Dr. Aleen Bayard has been an adjunct lecturer in the School of Professional Studies for more than 18 years. She earned her MS in Learning & Organizational Change in the MS_LOC program and her doctorate from Benedictine University’s Center for Values Driven Leadership. Dr. Bayard has studied discourse, dialogue, reconciliation, and dual narratives within the context of international peacebuilding. She has published on topics related to community building, peacebuilding and leadership in academic press and is the Vice Chair of the Leadership for Peace membership community of the International Leadership Association (ILA).In addition to her academic experience, Dr. Bayard is the founder and principal of a consulting practice focused in the areas of organizational development and change management. She is deeply interested in fostering dialogue and exploring dual narratives as an effective means of promoting civil discourse and positive peace.
