About me
As the only child of two very different parents, Liz was a natural for going into psychology and being drawn to any approach that calls for “both-and” thinking. Facilitating and presenting Polarity Thinking™ for the past 24 years has been important for her work in general and with Creative Problem Solving in particular. She had the good fortune to work with Barry Johnson (Polarity Thinking founder) in the first Mastery program in Polarity Thinking. Through consulting psychology, Liz is dedicated to people building innovative and sustainable solutions to their most important challenges. She has received longevity, service, and performance awards from the Creative Education Foundation, has a love of travel, the arts, the Italian language and—new interest—birds, and lives in Oak Park, IL. She is delighted to be presenting at the 2025 Global Followership Conference!
