Despite all the media and political focus on leadership, we’re now in a new era of followership – more specifically “the power of followership.” In this presentation Robert will relay some history of his initial followership work and how it connects with current political/social/economic/technological events, cultural stereotypes, and his work on star performers. Then, he’ll explore this new era of followership: the trends, the issues, and the responsibilities of both followers and those working in the field of followership.
